Riviera Management

Riviera Management was formed 2000 at Chiswick in Sydney’s inner west. Meriton had purchased the old BHP site on the water and had approved plans to build 700 units over 3 stages. Sarah McNeish, one of the Directors was appointed the Manager of this site. Half way through stage 2 in 2001, Riviera Management purchased the management rights of High Park Tower at Chatswood.

During the past 6 years as onsite managers at High Park Tower Chatswood, Riviera has developed it’s own procedures and prides itself on its high level of customer service. Riviera Management in 2007 sold the Chiswick site due to Sarah’s family commitments and the Chatswood office is now run full time by Alysha Hagney and Liam Wilson along with Director Troy McNeish.

Troy McNeish - Director

Born in Newcastle, raised on the Central coast and schooled at Barker college Hornsby, Troy has always conducted his work in an honourable fashion while taking pride in a job well done.
After leaving school, Troy completed an associated diploma in hospitality which gave him the necessary people skills that have been invaluable in Real Estate since converting over from Hospitality Industry in 2001.
As a working director at High Park Tower, Troy dealt first hand with bringing the building to the standard that it is at today. Troy has instigated the systems that are now proving to be successful model for the day to day business routine at High Park Tower.

Alysha Hagney -Building Manager / Property Manager

Alysha was originally from the North Coast of New South Wales and moved to Sydney in 2003 to pursue a career in the real estate industry in one of the fasting growing cities in Australia.

During this time Alysha has developed valuable skills in all facets of property management including commercial management. Being a landlord herself Alysha understands what is required to be a good property management team and endeavours to meet all owners expectations. Alysha has been able to bring to Riviera Management a young and creative yet mature mind.

Alysha looks forward to continuing and building new business relationships with all Riviera Management clients.

Liam Wilson - Building Manager / Sales Manager

Originally from Canberra, Liam moved to the Central Coast in 2000 and built an enviable reputation in real estate sales.  Although the coastal lifestyle was very appealing the hustle and bustle of the city brings new and exciting challenges. The move to Chatswood sees Liam once again excelling in apartment sales and also providing him with the new challenge of providing owners with quality tenants and ensuring they receive professional property management.  Liam strives to get the highest possible price on behalf of owners in selling when selling their property.
In his spare time Liam loves leading a healthy lifestyle by playing football and going to the gym.
