In consideration to the above reservation fee paid by the applicant/s the landlord's agent acknowledges that:

  1. The premises will not be let during the above period, pending the making of a residential tenancy agreement.
  2. If the landlord decides not to enter into a residential tenancy agreement the whole of the fee will be refunded.
  3. If the entering into of the tenancy agreement is conditional to the landlord carrying out repairs or other work & the landlord does not carry out the repairs/other work during the specified period, the whole fee will be refunded.
  4. If the applicant /s decides not to enter into this agreement & the unit is not let or occupied during the period it was reserved, the landlord may retain so much of the fee equivalent to one days rent for each day the premises were reserved (based on the proposed rent). Remainder if any of the fee will be refunded.
  5. If a residential tenancy agreement is entered into, the fee is to be paid towards the rent.
  6. The initial payment (Bond/Weeks rent & Lease fee) to be paid by CASH OR BANK CHEQUE only.
  7. The applicants warrant that all information is true and correct and authorises the managing agent to call check and confirm all information given.
