Riviera Management was formed in 2000 at Chiswick in Sydney’s inner west. Meriton had purchased the old BHP site on the water and had approved plans to build 700 units over 3 stages. Sarah McNeish, one of the Directors was appointed the Manager of this site. Half way through stage 2 in 2001, Riviera Management purchased the management rights of High Park Tower at Chatswood.

During the past years as onsite managers at High Park Tower Chatswood, Riviera has developed it’s own procedures and prides itself on its high level of customer service. In 2007 Riviera Management sold the Chiswick site due to Sarah’s family commitments and the Chatswood office is now run full time by Director Troy McNeish.

 

Troy McNeish - Director

Born in Newcastle, raised on the Central coast and schooled at Barker college Hornsby, Troy has always conducted his work in an honourable fashion while taking pride in a job well done.

After leaving school, Troy completed an associated diploma in hospitality which gave him the necessary people skills that have been invaluable in Real Estate since converting over from Hospitality Industry in 2001.

As a working director at High Park Tower, Troy dealt first hand with bringing the building to the standard that it is at today. Troy has instigated the systems that are now prooving to be successful model for the day to day business routine at High Park Tower.
